Simply the Best.

In spite of the many close encounters both last summer and this with the beers of Hook Norton, we never visited the brewery until today.....

A 6 floor Victorian semi-gravitational brewery. Apparently.

A beautiful building brewing beautiful beers. We were most impressed also to hear that they are the only brewery in England to have a team of Shire horses working full-time. Sadly they were out in the fields on a day off so didn't get to see them.

They work hard delivering beer locally and also attend shows around the country. There is a beer festival on Saturday at Hook Norton. The horseys will be making an appearance we are told.
91 beers are on offer. Dave is already planning his strategy as to how he is going to get around them all.
